In the diagram there is a little correction. The unit of w² should be. (rad/s)²
w2²=w1²+ 2aø, where a=angular acceleration
1600=900+ 2a(2π×100)
a=700/(4π×100)=7/4π
Now, w2=w1+at
40=30+(7/4π)t
t= 10×4π/7=40π/7
