A small ball is thrown making an angle x with horizontal between two vertical walls such that in the absence of the wall its range would have been 5d. The angle of projection is a. Given that all the collisions are perfectly elastic, find Maximum height attained by the ball. Total number of collisions before the ball comes back to the ground, and Point at which the ball falls finally. The walls are supposed to be very tall. the distance between the walls is d/2

since range is given we can find the velocity in terms of range, by using the formula for range , once velocity is known and the angle is given, the ball will take 3 collisons to come back , the maximum height will be twice the intial hitting point.
