when central pulley moves vertically upward direction then block A is lifting off till it get acceleration of g then block Balso lift off
Proof 
         T/2= 2mg
         T= mg4
  Now 2T = 10t => T =5t 
      Compare both of them 
 
          4mg = 5t
         t= mg /4  
 hence we get required time
