moment of inertia = I = Mr2

let radius of  two satelites are  r1 , r2 respectively        ( r2>r1 )

for first particle , I1 = Mr12            .......1

for second particle , I2 = Mr22     ......2

divide 1 by  2

I1/I2 = (r1/r2)2            r1/r2 < 1   so

I1/I2 < 1

I1 < I2

therefore , moment of inertia will be different...
