angular frequency = 2pi(f)  or directly proportional to f ...

f is the frequency of motion ...

x = Asinwt       ...........1

angular frequency of motion is w ...

KE = mW2A2sin2wt/2

    = (mW2A2/2)[(1-cos2wt)/2]                       (  sin2@ = (1-cos2@)/2  )

angular frequency of KE = 2w

  angular frequency is twice so frequency will be twice..

f1 = 2f
