yes!!!!

the angle of projection changes through the path.

at every instant the angle made by velocity vector is different as vertical velocity is continuously decreasing till the projectile reaches the top most point...and then increases.

the resultant velocity is the vector sum of both the horizontal and vertical velocity with which it is projected.

yes,

because as the projectile follows parabolic path , the angle is determined by making tangent on the curve and only single tangent is drawn from any point so it will give different angles at any point.
