DEAR KRAMANK

WE ALWAYS DO MEASUREMENTS RELATIVELY

WHEN WE FIND VELOCITY IN GROUND FRAME THEN ALSO WE ARE APPLYING RELATIVE MOTION COSIDERING EARTH AT REST

NOTHING IS AT PARFECT REST IN THE UNIVERSE

SO DO SOLVE PROBLEMS USING RELATIVE MOTION

IT WILL IMPROVE UR UNDERSTANDING ABOUT RELATIVE MOTION
