if according to predictor your rank is 14553 then for open cat you can get civi and industril management in it.first of all there is no chemical engg in nit kurukshetra.you can try bit mesra in chemical engg.(spot round)

i think its better to with bit mesra chemical engg.otherwise if you are getting good barnches in another good private engg college then go for it.
