I had participated in the josaa counciling. In 1st round I got IIT PALAKKAD with Mechanical branch. I was not satisfied and opted floatation option provided by josaa. In the 2nd round I got IIT PATNA with the same branch. Now I want to freeze my seat. What is the procedure of doing this?Please help.
