DTU is under top 12, You would be consider under 85% reservation, you may get the college but not a strong chance of CS...

Both the scores are better but before taking any assumptions it is wise to check out the requisite formalities of DTU, why don’t you check out the website of DTU and find out the relevant details...for information of other equivalent institutions of esteem and reputation, i recommend the following names, rest is up to you to look into the websites of these institutions to get to know them better –
Cochin uni. of Sci and Tech. Ernakulam
Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab
ABV Indian Inst. of IT and Mgmt., Gwalior
