Well, looking at the number of EMLs posted my IITs this year, your rank doesn't looks bad i guess..

as far as the RGIPT raibareily is concerned, surely you should be able to get it...

So answer that you are looking for is YES, YOU CAN EXPECT yourself at RGIPT raibareily..
