sir i am iit-jee 2010 air 3446.Will i get mech or eee or ece in any of the old reputed iit's.reply soon

This is difficult to get eee or mech or ece with air 3446 in old IITs but you can try for new IITs or IT-BHU. You havent mentioned your AIEEE rank otherwise you have a good options with NIT trichy or warangal.
