Its better for you to join IT-BHU with a good branch than to go for new IITs and if you are not getting branches like comp., mech., electrical at IT-BHU than opt for new IITs as till your graduation the IIT will gain its standard.
NIT Kururshetra comes 17th on the india ranking of top 100 national college. It is better than new IITs as the former is well established with well defined management and administration with good kind of faculties which will take time to be seen at new IITs.
