yes you can change your branch in IIT after one year acc to your cgpa.
In india there is good scope of B.arch, as new buildings are comin up in every city n ppl really require good architectures who can design latest n stylish buildings...si if u r goin for it...all d best!!...the scope in india is very much as india is right now on infrastructure boom...
