Kindly check the same with the college website only , it will be always in terms of rank only , and in every year , the ranks and the cutoff marks will vary , so, let me know in which year u want tpo join . 
check that in the josaa website if u want to join in 2016 , josaa enlists all the opening and closing rank of all iits , 
and to know your marks and rank , if u ahve not get the rank , then apply rank predictor , they will give you approximate result .
