the hobby which intrest you more ,. do that , but donot waste the times in mobile games , computer and t.v u can use but upto limitation , not more than 1-2 hrs perday ., 
so, u can do morning and evening walk , that helps to refresh the brain and stay away from any kind of burden . 
and after day practice some yoga , and do it regularly at the morning , they will help you . 
and after all , solve some riddles and puzzles , like sudoku each day , which will increase your concentration power , even u can play chess for 30 minutes to relax also .
