since magnetic field at any point P on the axis of circular current carring coil is
B = (µ0iR2) / (2[R+ X2]3/2)

where R :- Radius of coil
            i = current
           x = sepration of point from  centre

but now since at the centre of coil we have x = 0

there fore Bcenter = µ0i / 2R
