hi

if a charge is at rest then only electric feild exists around it. if a charge is moving then there is change in electric feild say at a

point which results in changing magnettic feild . thus a force acts on it given by F=Bqvsinthita. where F is net force on charge ,

B is magnetic feild and v isvelocity of chage q ,thita being the angle at a fixed point on the conductor.

please approve if you like.
