Dear rohit ,

the force on the current carrying wire is given by  f = i l x B   applying the result on every infinitesimally small part of ring and treating it as a wire.  take a wire of length dl then force on it is i dl B outwards from the loop . at every point the direction is same , outwards. therefore the forces cancels out. the diametrically opposite points nullify the effect of their respective points. so force is zero.
