Osmosis is the process of flow of solvent molecules from the region of its high concentration to the region of its lower concentration through semi permeable membrane.
High concentration of solvent is related to the dilute solution i.e. low concentration of solution or vie.-versa. So, overall flow of solvent is from low concentration of solution toward high concentration of solution.
