Dear Student,
In the principal match, HF is the more grounded corrosive since F-is a weaker conjugate when contrasted with OCl-.
In the second match, HOCl is the more grounded corrosive in light of the fact that the more prominent the electronegativity of the halogen, the more it "pulls" at the electrons of the O-H bond, making it More Polar generally speaking and accordingly a Stronger Oxoacid.
Cheers!!
