ch3f have the highest dipole moment , then ch3cl and then ch3br , and then ch3 i 
CH3F > CH3CL > CH3BR >CH3I 
fluorine is most electronegative , therefore strongest dipole moment , as we move down the group electronegativity decreases, therefore strength of dipole moment also decreases ,

The order is CH3Cl>CH3F>CH3Br>CH3I... .......... Ab chlorine have its lone pair in 3p orbital which is larger than that of 2p lone pairs of F... SO the dipole moment increases as it is directly proportional to the distance d... Similar case is observed between chlorobenzene and flurobenzene
