The complex is inner orbital complex due to the presence of strong field ligand CO(higher position in the spectrochemical series) thus the hybridisation is d2sp3(octahedral). On the basis of CFT it can be explain that it is low spin octahedral complex . Science the central metal is d6 system thus it has six electrons in the t2g set of orbital and no any electrons present in the eg set thereby diamagnetic .....dipole moment is zero....
