suppose u have 2 product – Product a and product b then product a forms faster than product B beacuse activation energy of product a is lkower than that of product B . yet product b is more stable . in such a cases , A is the kinetic product favoured under kinetic controll . and B is the thermodynamic product and favoured under thermodynamic controll . 
the condition of the reaction such as temp , pressure , solvent – these will affect the reaction rate of both – kinetically controll and thermodynamically controll one .
