hybridisation of boron in given compund is sp3
there is a easy method to determine hybridisation
if valence electron
if valence electron  >8 then divide by 8
 
results on dividing 
2  sp
3  sp2
4   sp3
5  sp3d
 
in ur given compung valance electrons are 3+28+1=32   divide it by 8  we get 4   so   sp3
