Dear student please check your question again.I think it should be solubility comparison of LiI and CsI.Then the answer would be as follows-
Alkali metal hydroxides are considered as the strongest base in aq. solution.The strength of hydroxides increases LiOH to CsOH.However the solubility of alkali hydroxides in water increases on descending the group,LiOH is mush less soluble,which is due to the anomalous behaviour shown by Li from rest of the family members. When solubility of alkali halides are compared we will found that CsI has low solubility in water.The reason for this is due to smaller hydration energy of its larged sized ions.But LiI posses more solubility because of predominant covalent character of it which in turn is due to the greater polarizing power of Li+ ion..
