It is simple. Removal the decimal and write 100 in numerator for it. Now you can write 26100 divided by 893
Now simpy do the division to get answer

When the denominator is a contains decimal point , multiply both the numerator and denominator with a power of 10 such that the power is equal to the number of digits after decimal point. The same condition applies if the numerator has decimal point.
here 8.93 has two digits after decimal place. so the numerator and denominator has to be multiplied with 102=100.
i.e 261/8.93=261*100/(8.93*100) =26100/893 which by normal division is equal to 29.2
