Read the theory of the SOLUTIONS , you will get the answer,i.e. the solution is azeotropic or zeotropic..........

Because the mixture of Na2CO3 and K2CO3 is EUTECTIC MIXTURE. It is mixture whose melting point will be less than any of the components present in it.
