Hybridization is d2sp3 this compound is a inner orbital complex. Oxidation state of Mn is 3+.It means three electrons are remove from Mn. 2electrons from 4s orbital and 1eletron from 3d. After removal of one electron from 3d 4electrons are left in it. One electron pair up with the electron of ist orbitals. Hence two orbital are vacant in 3d, one in 4s, three in 4p which accommodate 6 lone pair of electrons from 6CN- ions.
