Hey student..
in order to find which molecules have unpaired electrons, either you can follow the elctronic configuration by taking into account the nature of ligand and the central metal atom. also u can take the help of ESR spectroscopy..

Dear student
In order to find unpaired electrons in a molecule,we simply have to check the electronic configuration of the central atom according to orbital diagram folowing Hund’s rule,Aufbau’s principle and Pauli’s Exclusion Principle.
