scientist are not yet conform that d3s hybridisation do really exist or rnot . 
but acc to cbse it exist . 
as of now just remember 1 thing – in d3s hybridisation only dxy , dzx , and dyz orbitals are inv olved , and these orbital are in same line of action with each other . 
and das far as example is concerned , then its the hybridisation of mn in mno4 compound . 
but its acc to cbse , scientist are not conform abt it .
