i dont think it will be accepted as it is readily mentioned on jee website that use only black point pen
also on top of ORS it had been mentioned , how one can commit such type of mistake
but i will reccomend u to talk to iit bombay , for some sOlution or to be confirmed
also drop a mail on their mail id regarding the same
