At any instant, write equations for tangential acceleration and radial acceleration.
For tangential acceleration,
Tangential weight component = W/m . at
For radial acceleration,
2 Tension – weight component = centrifugal force.

Solve these two equations for tension.
And then calculate torque equations due to tension = moment of inertia . angular acceleration .
Then you will get the angular acceleration.
