Hello,
You can get chapterwise weightage from simplylearnt.com. And about your timetable,everyone has a different style of reading. Few people need to read the whole day, while few others just need few hours of practice. As you say you cannot read more than 3 hours, and you are still in 11th and have a lot of time left,revise every topic taught and practice few questions. Divide 1 hour for each subject.
