yes, the questions of jee advanced will be only from that syllabus , 
but prepare those syllabus perfectly , they might be mix up 2-3 concepts at a time in a question , which req. problem solving capacity ..
so, prepare them , ncert is as well not sufficient for advanced , try some extra books if u hv already studied ncert throughly ..
and take as many mock test as possible , and analyse where u are getting wrong , and dnt try to occur mistake everytime , 
as the exam has its negative marking , so, be carefull in while attending the paper , attend those ques which u are sure of ,,
JEE ADV paper everytime are full of surprise , even anytime they can change the pattern of ques , 
so, read the instruction first throughly before starting the paper ,
