If the Black box contains resistor with any other element in parallel, we have the value of current Non-zero at t=0.
 
Thus, Black box contains circuit elements in series.
 
If the Black box contains a resistor and a capacitor, then the initial current is Non-zero
 
However, if the Black box contains a resistor and an inductor, then the initial current is zero and it saturates
