I`m in ISC Board. The syllabus of Isc and Cbsc now are pretty much same. Do I need to go through ncert also? And are there any direct questions from Ncert in her exam?

In the last line it`s "jee exam" I just misspelled that and can`t see for the edit button.. Please Help!

as far as u considered any cbse exams like neet , aiims , jipmer , jee main , jee advanced , viteee , srmjee , all are based on cbse syllabus , 
if u thinks theey are same then no need to go through them again , just u can look up once ncert book , the missing things u can read , else do the last year paper , 
that will help in understanding the paper pattern .
