It may be possible or may be not, actually the result has been declared and the counselling rounds are going on....why don’t you visit the weblink of IIT where you wish to be or of IISER, so that you may acquaint yourself with the current position of your stature…..if it is possible, well and good otherwise i may suggest you some very renowned and famous educational organizations which have earned a very good name and fame in the field of education,,, they are – YMCA Uni of Sci and Tech, Faridabad,............Maharaja Sayajirao Uni of Baroda, VAdodra,.......BHU, Varanasi.............Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara
