It might be difficult to get admission in govt. college because your rank does not support their requirement, you should browse some sights and check academics and Placements over there. You might also get the branch of your own choice.You can browse some sites like of NIRMA University, Lovely Professional University, ICFAI University etc. and date would be on their sites and most probably till the end of July and seats would be filled till then.
