I dropped my class 12th from CBSE board last year due to health problem. 
now this year i change my board to State board so, can i eligible for IIT advance for next year ????

YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR JEE ADVANCE IF IT IS YOUR SECOND ATTEMPT. NOTE THAT YOU CAN APPEAR FOR JEE ADVANCE TWICE IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE ONLY. 
SO I THINK YOU ARE. PLEASE READ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ONCE. VISIT

yes , for sure , u have to give the 12th board exam and then secure 75 percent their , and then appear jee main , 
and u have to score the required cutoff marks , only then u are elligible for iitjee advanced . 
and dropping a year will not matter in iit jee advanced preparation , just u need to qualify mains and fulfill the maximum attemption limit .
