For NRI student , there are some concession in the fee of offline and online jee exams , so, kindly be update with the jee main website for that . 
and there are some criteria going to change in 2017 including fee for NRI candidate , the final list is not yet out , it will be declared soon . 
as of now just know that iit madras is gng to conduct the jee advanced exam in 2017 . 
and the qualification is same for nri student , that is 75 percent minimum u need to secure in the 12th board if u are general candidate ,
