B.Arch is usually taken by students with a deep interest in Engineering drawing and related fields like automobile designing, architecture, etc. and is preferred by a lower number of students as compared to the number of students appearing for B.Tech exam. If you want, you can attempt that also, provided you have taken M.D. as a subject.
About the colleges, only a few premium colleges in India are offering this course which goes w/o saying that relying ONLY on this is not a safe bet.

As far as the employment oppurtunities are concerned, many firms including the govt sector has ample vacancy for the sparse(relatively) number of candidates who pursue this course. Industries like automobile designing, many technical societies like BAJA, SAE,etc have been promoting such courses and activities related to it.
And if you are good at it, no one would ask you do to it for free.

So all the best.

That is totally upto you. If you are comfortable with the online paper, you can go for the online test also. If not, then only choice left is offline test. There is not much of a difference between the 2 or one being advantageous. It’s just that conventionally, one is used to attempt tests on paper itself, for which the counter argument would be that online doesn’t need you to fill the details or filling the bubbles with pen which saves time.
