Grade Upto college levelIIT JEE Entrance Exam

I passed 12th this year ie 2012 with 85% from CBSE and i appeared for iitjee 2012 but i could not crack it. Now i want to e-appear for jee advance in 2013.

(i) Am i eligileble for JEE Advance ?

(ii) 20 percentitle will be counted of 2012 result or 2013 result ?

(iii) I have to re appear of Board exam ?
