Dear Vishnu,

Black holes and weightlessness are not directly inculded in the syllabus. They come under different sub topics.

Black holes comes under a subtopic called Escape velocity, as in blackhole is a mass which has escape velocity greater than velocity of light. U can find a small section in HC Verma about it which is just enough.

Regarding Apparent weightlessness, it comes under motions of planets and satillites. It is also pretty simple, and a small section is also given regarding this in HC Verma concepts of physics Vol 1
