Can positively charged particles also atteract each other??

If they are ideal they dont attract each other (net).

But if their mass is high compard to their electric charges their can arise a net gravitational force of attraction.

There are also other methords like attraction by induction if the charge is too weak and also nuclear force which are stronger than emf which bind protons in atomic nuclei together. 

they can attract if their gravitational force of attraction is higher than their electrostatic force

this can only happen iff the charge is small and their masses are very large

i was asking can two charges of same nature atteract each other due to electrostatic force between them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
