Grade 12th PassIIT JEE Entrance Exam

With the new pattern change in iit jee,Im having second thoughts on trying out for iit for another year.Im currently a grade 12 pass student, and am thinking about skipping a year of college and instead train for iit 2013 by taking up coaching at one of the top institutes at Kota.

However,with the new pattern change,is this effort and risk worth taking?

Hoping for genuine answers from ex,current iitians and anyone else who knows about this issue very well.

P.S:I have already got acceptance letters from highly ranked colleges in USA and Canada,but my dream would be to get into any of the top 3 iits.

im sorry, for i wont be able to solve dis issue f urs as i myself m under d same dilemma.m a 12th class student. i wanna ask u a question instead. could u please mention which all colleges have sent acceptance letter to u? do they include highly reputed ones like MIT or Harvard?

Sum of series 2[n/2] ! [n/2]!/ n! [2Co-2C2+3C2....+[-1]^n[n+1]2Cn] where n is an even positive integer. Kindly provide solution of this question and how to generalise this. How do we know that which expansion will give this?
