sir i am 100% sure that i can make into iits but this time due to boards and insufficient time i didn't practice well and i amn't sure about my success 

can i have a long term i am weak in organic chemistry

Practice past 10 years question papers. Cover all the concepts which are involved in the past years. That will cover important areas of your syllabus....

Yes definately it will help you.My suggestion is its better if you start practisin iit right from the scratch.Althought you have to pay but it will benefit you in the long run
