since REFRACTION is not involved in the operation of a mirror and in addition, the laws of REFLECTION are independent of the medium, the answer is (d)

Focus remains unchanged of a mirror hence the convergence depends upon focus therefore d would be the best answer

Convergence means it is for a concave mirror and it can t be decreased by dipping mirror in Water or oil and it will depend only on / change only if focus of mirror is changed but by dipping it is not affected.So I think D might be the correct answer.Hope this is useful to u😀😀
