I am a girl student from Orissa. I am getting all branches at NIT, Rourkela. I am in a dilemma regarding what to choose from the following branches:


CSE or Electrical or ECE or Electronics and Instrumentation or Mechanical


Please suggest which will be better from career, placement and future prospects.

check out the order given below:


CSE > Electrical = ECE > Mechanical > electronics and Instrumentation.


Best is CSE .. try for that.

i got 416 haryana homestate obc category rank and does not get any branch in nit kurukshetra in 1 round.Will i get any branch in 2 round in nit kurukshetra.I got 1600 rank in state haryana.
