average velocity :change in velocity with respect to time not instantaneous.
or total displacement divided by total time.
Instantaneous velocity is the velocity of an object at any point of instant that is
dx/dt.
We cannot say about equality as both serves the purpose for the velocity.
For continuous time instantaneous velocity is used and for displacment from position to position avg. vel. is used.
